Sales and Marketing Assistant

Ultravision International is searching for a Sales and Marketing Assistant. Ultravision International manufactures LED Digital displays and LED Lighting that serve wide-reaching markets spanning entertainment and sports venues, small and large business, education, retail advertising, government, casinos and digital advertising.  We are looking for the brightest and most talented employees.  We have several world-class opportunities in front of us and are looking to hire world-class people to meet these opportunities.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative and sales and marketing support to the general organizational operations and assist in building customer base through appointment setting. Working under the direct supervision of the President this position provides all necessary organizational support and is responsible for a variety of sales tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assistance as needed with research for competitor products and services.
  • Greet and direct office visitors, respond to direct requests for information.
  • Compile and maintain customer presentations.
  • Maintain master calendar of in-house and off-site meetings.
  • Use Excel to prepare quotations.
  • Booking travel and hotel arrangements as needed.
  • Coordinate materials for meetings and training sessions and other activities of the organization
  • Maintain and update email customer database as needed
  • Provide meeting support as needed (e.g., scheduling the conference room, coordinating food, logistics)
  • Provide administrative support to staff for copying, faxing and mailings
  • Responding to sales requests for administrative support as needed
  • Call on potential clients and schedule appointments
  • Maintain and organize sales files, including version control
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested with a sense of humor and team spirit

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum five-year office administrative support experience is preferred. 
  • College degree required. 
  • Ability to work professionally with clients.
  • Experience with SEO and social media
  • Interest in learning and taking on new challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure.  
  • Skilled in the use of software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
